Eureka Solutions, a business software company in East Kilbride, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Pine Services Group.
Family-owned Eureka, which will become Pine Services’ first UK acquisition, implements and supports accounting and ERP solutions.
Consilium Chartered Accountants advised Eureka thoughout the search for a buyer and eventual purchase. Corporate finance partner Linzi Wilson and director Siobhan Moore led the deal.
Pine Services Group is the enterprise resource planning (ERP) division of Evergreen, a family of managed IT services and software partners.
