Graham Isdale, who was the ‘i’ in The Big Partnership (the others being Barr and Gibson), has been hired as a non-executive director at Edinburgh comms agency Four.
Mr Isdale, now an international crisis communications consultant, is among a number of senior hires as the company reports its strongest-ever first half, driven by client wins.
Julie Williams, a former senior account director at Weber Shandwick and ex-journalist, joins as director. Nat Ratner, previously head of digital experience at Brand Scotland and Marketing director and mentor at various Scottish startups, becomes director of strategy and growth.
Established by Pamela Badham in 2020, Four saw a 21% year-on-year rise in turnover in the first six months.
The agency employs a 16-strong team in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oxford and Yorkshire.
Ms Badham said: “We have been on an incredible journey over the past five years, and 2025 is shaping up to be our best ever.”
