Precise Installs is marking its 10th anniversary and continued growth as a trusted provider of plumbing, heating and renewable energy services.
As it enters its tenth year in business, the company’s reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery across residential, commercial, and renewable sectors has driven sustainable growth, with a positive outlook for the future.
Founded in 2015 by Scott Murphy and William Walker, Precise Installs began as a small operation based in Blantyre and has since expanded significantly, now employing a skilled team of 27 staff. The company operates across the central belt of Scotland, with projects ranging from bespoke domestic installations to large-scale commercial and renewable energy systems.
In response to growing demand, Precise Installs has expanded their team, strengthening its ability to service their existing or new customers across the central belt. This move reflects the company’s commitment to local expertise and responsive, on-the-ground service whilst keeping their customers satisfied.
The leadership team has also grown in recent years, with key appointments including Gerry Devine, Heating Sales Manager and Stuart Allan, Bathroom Sales Manager, both of whom bring valuable experience. Over the 10 years, Precise Installs has welcomed 10 apprentices, providing knowledge and ongoing support throughout their training.
Recent policy developments, such as the Scottish Government’s push towards net zero and changes to energy efficiency standards, have further increased demand for specialist installation expertise.
Precise Installs has positioned itself as a go-to partner for developers, homeowners, and commercial clients navigating this fast-changing landscape. Precise Installs are also MCS certified ensuring compliance within the renewables sector as well as holding many other industry recognised accreditations such as Buy with Confidence through South Lanarkshire Council Trading Standards and Safe Contractor.
Reflecting on the company’s 10-year milestone, Scott Murphy commented: “It’s incredible to think how far we’ve come in ten years.
